August 18, 2024. Uralsk. On the eve of the feast of the Transfiguration of the Lord, after the all-night vigil in the Transfiguration Cathedral, Bishop Vianor of Uralsk and Atyrau performed the monastic tonsure of a cleric of the Mikhailovsky Cathedral in Uralsk, Deacon Artemy Rybalchenko.

The tonsured man received the name Arseny - in honor of Saint Arseny, Archbishop of Kerkyra.
