The pilgrimage of the Head of the Kazakhstan Metropolitan District to the shrines of the Belarusian Exarchate has begun

On August 4, 2024, at the invitation of Metropolitan Veniamin of Minsk and Zaslavl, Patriarchal Exarch of All Belarus, the Head of the Orthodox Church of Kazakhstan, Metropolitan Alexander of Astana and Kazakhstan, arrived in the Minsk Metropolitanate of the Belarusian Exarchate.

The Primate of the Orthodox Church of Kazakhstan is accompanied by Archbishop Amfilohiy of Ust-Kamenogorsk and Semipalatinsk and employees of the departments and commissions of the Metropolitan District, headed by O.N. Ovchinnikov, Honored Artist of Russia.

At the international airport of Minsk, Metropolitan Alexander was met by Metropolitan Veniamin of Minsk and Zaslavl and the clergy of the Minsk Metropolitanate.
